Team AZBB owner Coach Ty have a passion for Personal Training, Competition Prep, and have a lifetime of experience in weight loss, exercise, fitness and nutrition. We have built a nationwide team over the past 15 years of Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique, and Bikini competitors. We have well over 15,000 hours of personal training sessions, are both qualified Master Trainers and Fitness Expert. Coach Ty was International Judge for Bodybuilding in Asia and Europe for over 10 years. Many of the Contest Prep/Nutrition protocols for all our athletes has been very successful for the NPC/IFBB.

Originally from Houston-Texas and now residing in Tempe, AZ. Finding a passion in the personal training, weight loss, contest prep, fitness and nutrition industry through the 10 years in the military has blessed him with many opportunities. We have been able to help people realize their potential and achieve their goals for the past 15 years as a national bodybuilder, business owner, personal trainer, and also as an international nutritionist. We specialize in competition prep that delivers winning results. We have different types of competitors online and local Arizona that includes athletes and people that just want to be in the best shape of their lives.

Shanita Patterson is a certified personal trainer and bootcamp instructor with over 10,000 hours training experience. Shanita specializes with Bikini and Figure Contest Prep as well as In Home Personal Training and Bootcamp. She is also a National Fitness Model with serious passion for teaching fitness.

As the first Wellness Manager for a non-profit organization, her program was recognized every year for a well designed system for employees to remain healthy and be productive.

Shanita takes that same affection and devotion to her clients as their personal trainer. She looks forward to assisting you on your fitness journey and keeping you there.

Tom is a Certified Personal Trainer with 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Tom specialize with In Home Personal Training and Nutrition. Tom goal is to help clients achieve their goals in a healthy and injury free environment with an emphasis on balancing diet with workouts. Tom is also a competitive bodybuilder competing in the master level division.

Tom specializes with in home personal training, providing clients with individualized workouts in the privacy of their own homes. Why go to the gym when the gym can come to you.

Chad graduated from ASU and is a Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Chad specialize with In Personal Training, Wellness, Contest Prep Coach and Nutrition. Chad goal is to help clients achieve their goals in a healthy and injury free environment with an emphasis on balancing diet with workouts. Chad is also a Top 5 National Bodybuilder competing in the master level divisions.

Chad specializes with in personal training, providing clients with individualized workouts and nutrition plans to follow strictly. He is very big on making sure clients are following diet and workout plans.
